LET AND RENTAL MANAGEMENT
- Providing a rental valuation of the property and giving advice as required.
- Advertising as necessary, interviewing and selecting tenants, arranging/carrying out viewings.
- Taking up references as appropriate.
- Carrying out ‘Right to Rent’ checks.
- Collecting the first advance rental and security deposit.
- Documenting and providing relevant paperwork to the tenants at the start of tenancy.
- Drawing up an assured short hold tenancy agreement and arranging signature from tenant/s.
- Landlords account finalised with payment.Inventory done by Severnside or at an extra cost if provided by an independent inventory company
- To collect the monthly rent each month, deduct fees and pay direct to your account within 5 working days.
- Arrange inspections of the property.
- Deal with and arrange any repairs that impact your tenant, with your permission.
- Arrange any safety inspections that annually need doing, with your permission.
